BDD self-test

If you are not sure whether you may have body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), you can take an anonymous German self-test here, which is subject to data protection regulations (further information on data protection regulations and the further handling of the data will be summarized in detail before the test begins). Self-test for eating disorders

Our self-test will give you an indication of whether your eating behavior is within the normal range or whether you show signs of an eating disorder. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. On completion, you will receive your individual feedback, information on symptoms of eating disorders, related problem areas and information on offers of help. BEMCO study

As part of the BEMCO study, we are investigating the connection between the evaluation of body-related situations, difficulties in dealing with feelings and their effects on concerns about appearance. Participation in the study lasts a maximum of 90 minutes, takes place entirely online and can be remunerated with 1.5 subject hours from the University of Münster or Osnabrück.
