Georg Bergner will give from 14.11. to 16.11.2018, besides the lecture, a tutorial with practical exercises for the implementation of Monte-Carlo algorithms for the Ising model (in C++).
Details will be announced in time.
The lecture is given in English.
Knowledge of nuclear and particle physics is obligatory,
knowledge of quantum field theory is useful,
the BSc module Computational Physics or comparable previous knowledge is required.
Further hints to the literature will be given in the lecture.
