How should I submit forms/applications?
Please select the relevant degree on the right to access the forms. You can submit many applications/forms digitally to the Examination Office, but you can always choose the paper form.
There are three ways to submit a form or an application:
1. by post/personally
= You can print out the application form, fill it in, sign it and send it by post/put it in the mailbox or hand it in person to your responsible administrator.
Note on time-limits:
Please select the deadline letterbox at the Schloss (Schlossplatz 2!). The postmark counts for the postal dispatch of time-limit items.
Note on personal delivery:
Please note the opening hours.
2. scanned
= You can print out the application/form, fill it in, sign it, scan it/photograph it and send it by email.
Notes for sending emails:
For all requests, please always contact your responsible administrator by email.
If the form requires the signature of a any other person, the following applies: The representative must sign either manually or digitally. A handwritten signature requires a stamp or seal. Instead of a signature, however, the representative may also receive a copy of the email with the application.
When sending emails, please note that they are sent unencrypted (even from your university e-mail address) if you do not use a digital ID (certificate) offered by WWU IT. If you send personal data without encryption via your email account, this data can also be viewed by third parties with little effort. We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain a digital ID (certificate) for all emails via WWU IT. With the digital ID (certificate) your email is encrypted, on the other hand you can be correctly identified as the sender of the email.
3. paperless
= You can fill in the application/form on the screen or write it, digitally sign it and send it by email.
