The key ingredient of continuous knowledge transfer between the partners involved in NoMADS are secondments and shorter visits. These are further augmented by the organization of multidisciplinary workshops and the establishment of shared research projects among all participants in order to enforce knowledge transfer over borders of different fields of research and in particular between theory and applications.
