BATTERY + STORAGE opens its doors. MEET is there!
Starting today (October 9) representatives of academia and industry enter the doors of Stuttgart’s fair to search for exciting impressions on batteries, fuel cells and hydrogen technology. They do not have to search long as the international fair welcomes visitors with three strong platforms in one hall:
- The f-cell exhibit shows newest advances in the development of hydrogen technologies and its fields of application.
- The EVS30 covers electro-mobility and charging infrastructure.
- Information and impressions on the world of stationary and mobile battery storage solutions are offered by BATTERY + STORAGE (B+S).
The list of exhibitors represents the whole value chain of batteries, including the manufacturing of battery cells. MEET Battery Research Center of the University of Münster is specialized on the synthesis and characterization of new active and inactive cell materials with the aim to increase the performance of battery cells. It becomes clear that this task is complex and demanding when considering the various adjusting-screws, which can finally custom tailor the cells for their field of application: energy density, power, safety, lifespan, recyclability and the cost efficiency. MEET does show visitors how the Battery Research Center tackles this challenge successfully in hall 1 until Wednesday (October 11).
