Collegium musicum vocale

The collegium musicum vocale (CMV), which is affiliated to the Institute of Music Education, is made up of the Münster University Choir (V. Hagemann), the Student Madrigal Choir (M. Wood) and Ensemble 22 (V. Hagemann). The association was founded in 1927 as collegium musicum vocale et instrumentale. The current composition and the separation between the choir and orchestra association developed later. Bringing people together and building bridges with music is the idea of the CMV - the choirs each organize their own concerts, but also appear together in larger projects.
