For the time period of the EAM-Conference the Congress Bureau of Münster provides a variety of hotels. You can look at the different options following this link. It is advised to book your accommodation early on.

Additionally it is possible to stay in one of the different holiday apartments that are located in Münster. This is an especially good opportunity for conference participants travelling as a group. You can find an overview here.

Inexpensive alternatives, which are not part of the provided contingent, would be the B&B Hotel Münster-Hafen as well as the Sleep-Station at Servantiiplatz.

As September in Münster traditionally is the time peroid for school trips, staying at the youth hostel near Aasee is unfortunately not an option.

Welcome! Ticket

As participant of the EAM-Conference 2018 you will receive the so called Welcome! Ticket by the city of Münster. This ticket allows you to use any busses or trains within Münster absolutely free of charge during the conference.

In this context we want to advise you to use the helpful "münster:app" (German), to get the latest information concerning connections and schedules.

Please note that the city of Münster charges an accomodation tax. You don't have to pay this tax when your stay in Münster is work-related, but you have to present a verification when you check in at your hotel. The registration confirmation for the conference can serve as verification, so we advise you to bring this document with you to avoid paying the accomodation tax.

A refund is possible afterwards, but only if you did pay more than 10 Euros.
