Changes in Imperia due to migration from CRIS@WWU
Currently, a migration of CRIS@WWU to a newer version is in progress. The department 6.4 has already informed about this:
https://www.uni-muenster.de/intern/forschung/cris/index.html
For those imperia users who use CRIS@WWU with the corresponding flex modules as a data source for person, institution or project pages, this may have consequences:
- The https://www.uni-muenster.de/forschungaz/ portal will move to a different location. If your web pages are issued in such a way that links point to the research portal and the .html pages statically embed the content, then you should republish the corresponding web pages after the migration of CRIS@WWU so that the new links can be entered into the web pages.
- The new version of CRIS@WWU offers many more possibilities to classify publications by type. If you generate publication lists that are grouped by types, you should edit the web pages AFTER the migration of CRIS@WWU has been completed in order to benefit from the new possibilities. Publications assigned to one of the new types would be ignored on the previous pages when grouped by publication type.
- For .shtml web pages that load content dynamically and do not generate publication lists grouped by publication type, the changes should happen automatically.
