Image Editing with Photoshop I

Content: The course focuses on basic image editing techniques using Photoshop CC. Among other things, participants will learn how to use tools such as Object Selection Tool and automatic selections, change the aspect ratio with the Crop Tool, work with layers and create photo collages. Using a photo, brightness and contrast improvements as well as general color corrections are made. The possibilities of AI in Photoshop will be discussed and used for image enhancement and editing. Participants can have their own photo ready for image optimization, which they like in terms of motif, but which they would like to improve technically.

Target Group: students without program knowledge

  • Classroom Course

    Type of Instruction: 4-hour training at CIT desktops (Windows only) in German language

    Program Version:  Adobe Photoshop CC 2024.

    Please note: In order to access the software, you will be placed for the duration of this course in the user group "u0zkgraf". You will be informed about this via mail. There is no need to react to this mail. Furthermore, each participant requires a valid Adobe ID to use the software.

  • Learnweb Course

    Type of Instruction: Learnweb course, about 4 hours of self-study over one week with video inputs and supervision of practising by instructors.

    Program Version: Participation with your own device. During the period of the course Photoshop may be used on a virtual desktop. The trainer uses Adobe Photoshop CC 2024.
