Graphic Design with Illustrator II (Intermediate Level)

Content: The course builds on the content of the Illustrator I basic course. Participants will learn what makes a good project sketch and how to use it as a template in Adobe Illustrator. They set up keyboard shortcuts that make working in Illustrator more efficient and learn about advanced functions of the drawing pen and eyedropper. They will also learn how to limit objects using clipping masks and how to change the colors of a motif efficiently. They are also shown how to add the finishing touches to an illustration using textures and brushes. The basics of image generation using AI in Adobe Illustrator are also covered.

Target Group: Students who are familiar with the content of the Illustrator I course (attending the course is not a prerequisite)

 

  • Learnweb Course

    Type of Instruction: Learnweb course, about 4 hours of self-study over on week with video inputs and supervision of practising by instructors.

    Program Version: Participation with your own device. During the period of the course Illustrator may be used on a virtual desktop. The trainer uses Adobe Illustrator CC 2024.

    Please note: In order to access the software, you will be placed for the duration of this course in the user group "u0zkgraf". You will be informed about this via mail. There is no need to react to this mail. Furthermore, each participant requires a valid Adobe-ID to use the software.
