Graphic Design with Illustrator I

Content: Adobe Illustrator is a leading vector-based drawing and graphics program. It is used to create logos, illustrations, business cards and graphics of all kinds. This course offers an introduction to vector graphics and graphics editing with Adobe Illustrator. Using an illustrative info graphic as an example, the participants will get to know the program logic of Illustrator and create simple graphics. They will use basic shape tools, draw their own shapes, work with colors and effects, create object contours, and design with text. Finally, students export their finished infographics into common file formats for screen display and printing.

Target Group: students without program knowledge

 

  • Learnweb Course

    Type of Instruction: Learnweb course, about 4 hours of self-study over on week with video inputs and supervision of practising by instructors.

    Program Version: Participation with your own device. During the period of the course Illustrator may be used on a virtual desktop. The trainer uses Adobe Illustrator CC 2021.

    Please note: In order to access the software, you will be placed for the duration of this course in the user group "u0zkgraf". You will be informed about this via mail. There is no need to react to this mail. Furthermore, each participant requires a valid Adobe-ID to use the software.

    Program Version: The trainer uses Adobe Illustrator CC 2021.
