Program `latin.exe'

The program `latin.exe' 10334 B converts standard Russian text into English translit, letter by letter, kak, naprimer, vot etot tekst, and return. It was one of earliest methods to send Russian texts by e-mail. Despite its simplicity, the advantage is the fact that it allows us to restore almost infalliably the original Russian text.
Usage is very simple, run `latin.exe' as follows
latin yourfile.rus yourfile.eng for RUS -> ENG

and latin yourfile.eng yourfile.rus for ENG -> RUS
