Man

"i want to touch your face.... "
i said it. i crossed the line.
i yearned for softness.
To let me out.
But.... i fear the ignorance of men.
For i have learned they do not understand
the depth of the gift a woman can give.
Her servitude. Her submission.
Yearning for His power.
His respect and acceptance of.... her.
All of her.
i cannot be fooled again.
i will not be fooled again.
Believing in man.
i must wait. and watch.
And feel your soul. To learn.
Is it pure?
Can you be served by a woman and receive....
love.... sex.... servitude?
i don't know....
And so....
i watch.... and i wonder....
and i yearn.... and i tip toe out and
withold.... me.... from.... you.

Losing a Friend

Losing a friend
Is like a death.
The friend.... once a source of connection....
Gone....
with the wind....
at your back as the rush
of air propels you forward....
and the tears of your heart
flood your soul.... with
loss and
emptiness
of
why
and of
love
passing through
when you felt it's depths
in harmony
and thought the note
was
eternal.
