The Mathezentrum (MaZ) (‘Math Centre’) unites several programmes that revolve around a foundational and inclusive mathematical education:
- Diagnosis-based support and exploration sessions for children to strengthen their mathematical foundations and expand their mathematical interest and potential
- Project days for primary school classes to explore mathematical patterns and structures in selected topics of the common content areas
- Interweave theoretical knowledge and practical experience for university students to develop professional skills regarding diagnosis and fostering in mathematical contexts and to research mathematical learning processes
- Practical-oriented research projects to gain in-depth knowledge about learning processes at both the child and university student level
