Mathematics and Computer Science offer Perspectives

The event "Mathematics and Computer Science offer Perspectives" (short MaCSoP) serves to inform you about different possible career paths after graduation. To this end, we regularly invite speakers from various companies, many of whom have completed a mathematics or computer science degree themselves, to talk to you about their day-to-day work.

How does the whole thing work?

We usually invite speakers from two different companies to give a talk about their career and current job, one after the other.
The presentations each last 30 to 40 minutes, with a short break in between. You will have the opportunity to ask questions after each presentation. Afterwards, you will also have the opportunity to talk to the speakers personally and clarify any further questions you may have.

When will the event take place?

The next MaCSoP will take place on Tuesday, 28.11.2023 at 18:00 c.t. in M3. This time, however, it will not be a classic company presentation, but an application special on "7 deadly sins of the application". There will also be free pizza and drinks, so come along! Unfortunately, this event will be held in german only!!!
