"Mathematicians and computer scientists are in high demand in the job market, so you don't need to worry during your studies about the next step!"... But let's be honest: do you have a clear idea of what you will actually be working on in the companies of this world?

MaIn Perspectives, the latest collaboration between the Mathematics & Computer Science Student Council and MMGS, is aimed at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students in mathematics and computer science and helps you answer this very question. On the evening of 25 June 2024 at 6 pm in the lecture hall M3, the companies d-fine, Provinzial and Finanz Informatik will present themselves in three speaker slots. Each slot consists of a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. The premise for the presentations is: they must be given by graduates in mathematics or computer science and provide concrete insights into the specific problems and challenges that mathematicians or computer scientists can expect in the respective companies.

After the presentations, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with company representatives and make valuable contacts over a cozy buffet and refreshing drinks.
