Abstract

Das Kongressthema Nachhaltigkeit befindet sich im Spannungsfeld zwischen höchster weltgesellschaftlicher Dringlichkeit und der Tatsache, dass diese in Kultur wie Theologie weitgehend ausgeblendet wird. Der Beitrag will anregen, das Thema in der Pastoraltheologie zentral anzugehen, und bietet erste Ansatzpunkte mit den Stichworten: Metamorphosen, Post-Wachstums-Ökonomie, Große Transformation, Hoffnung auf einen allmächtigen Gott, Freiheit und Umkehr, Freude und Muße.
The theme of the Congress – sustainability – is situated in the interplay between the highest level of urgency in world society and the fact that this is largely being ignored in modern culture and theology. This contribution suggests a central approach to the topic in pastoral theology and offers helpful first steps using the keywords metamorphoses, postgrowth economy, the great transformation, hope in an almighty God, freedom and conversion, joy and leisure.
