Abstract

Das Plädoyer für eine eschato-praktisch geerdete Pastoraltheologie zielt auf das Praxispotential
einer Kirche, die als passeuse (Übersetzerin) des Überraschungseffekts Gottes den Menschen
im Kraftfeld des Evangeliums immer wieder so begegnet, dass diese der Offenheit und
Weite ihres Wesens und den Möglichkeiten ihrer Potentiale zu trauen und sie im Jetzt zu leben beginnen.

The call for an „eschato-practically“ grounded pastoral theology focuses on the practical potential
of a church, which – as the vessel that transmits the surprise effect of God – repeatedly
confronts people within the force field of the Gospel, so that they trust the openness and vastness
of their being as well as the possibilities inherent in their potential and begin to live life in
the moment.
