Abstract

 This article deals with the coin circulation areas of the Augustan aes coinages of Nemausus, Lyon and the moneyers in Gallia and Germania, focussing mainly on the area between the Rhine, Lippe and Weser rivers. Regional clusters could be observed, which are independent of chronology.
