Abstract Submission Deadline for Oral Presentations: May 30, 2025
If you choose to pay by bank transfer and require an invoice issued to your university, it is imperative that you enter the name of the university in line 1 of the billing address and the address of the university in the address fields of the form.
Registration and abstract submission are facilitated through the Indico tool.
To utilize this tool, it is necessary to create an Indico account. Once the account is created, you will receive an email (in German) requesting confirmation (subject: "[Indico] Bestätigen Sie ihre eMail“), containing a confirmation link to “https://indico.uni-muenster.de/register[...]”. If you do not receive this email, please also check your spam folder. Upon clicking the link provided in that email, you can proceed with the registration and abstract submission via Indico.
Professional childcare will be provided free of charge for children (aged 0 – 12 years) of conference participants for the duration of CHLAMY2025. Advance registration is mandatory. If you intend to make use of this offer, please inform the conference secretariat by email (chlamy2025@uni-muenster.de) at your earliest convenience. The deadline for registering for childcare is May 30, 2025.
