- Purchase, installation and maintenance of hard and software
- Configuration and customization of operating systems and application software
- Support for the following operating systems:
- Windows
- Linux
- Mac OS
- Support for computer controlled laboratory systems
- Support for the University’s CMS Imperia and setup of websites with Imperia
- Contact person for IT security questions
- intermediary person between WWU IT, IVVNWZ and the Faculty of Biology
