Janis Dabisch did his undergraduate studies at Freie Universität Berlin first in the direction of organelle targeting and alternative splicing and later in oxylipin signalling during herbivory attacked plants. Since February 2022 he is doing his PhD about a lipid droplet-plasma membrane tethering complex in A. thaliana and its physiological role in seed germination and seedling establishment.
He is enrolled in the SPBioscience, where he is one of the elected PhD representatives.
