E-book sales to be discontinued
From 01.04.2025, we will discontinue the sale of IT eBooks via Leibnitz University Hannover. However, part of the offer can still be accessed via the online catalog of the ULB.

Research software engineering can enormously enrich research in the processing, simulation, modeling, evaluation and communication of data. Therefore, CIT and IVV 4 invite you to an exchange on the latest developments, current topics, projects and much more within the framework of the RSE working group on March 18, 2025 from 4-5 p.m. (Orleans-Ring 12, Room 102).
As of 01.03.25, the prices for official poster printing will be increased due to rising material costs.

We have decided to migrate sciebo to a new software. At the University of Münster, this changeover will take place on 14 January 2025, so the service will not be available there on that day. Currently, sciebo is based on ownCloud 10, which has recently undergone little further development. In order to increase the functionality and stability of sciebo, the service will be migrated to Nextcloud. Further information can be found here.
We are looking for a trainee IT specialist (specializing in data and process analysis) to start on 15.08.2025. After an induction phase, you will further develop existing web applications, adapt user interfaces and design and program your own programs in various programming languages. You will acquire valuable knowledge in many common programming languages and database systems.
