DIGITAL TEACHING - CAREERS SERVICE

We develop digital teaching & learning formats for professional orientation
© Nike Gais

Since 2012, the Careers Service's "Digital Teaching" department has been designing and conducting research into customised digital teaching concepts and self-learning resources for career orientation and the promotion of interdisciplinary skills for all students at the University of Münster.

The focus of our work

  • Strengthening self-study phases for heterogeneous target groups
  • Interlinking events, counselling and information services offered by the Careers Service, in particular through the use of learning videos
  • Closer support for career orientation in the student life cycle

Results

The work area was originally funded by the Teaching Quality Pact from 2012 to 2020. The activities and results from this eight-year project phase are documented in detail in a monograph and a project report. Since 2020, the Digital Teaching Unit has been permanently established in the Career Service of the University of Münster. Information on our previous presentations and publications can be found on the "Publications and Lectures" page in the "Digital Teaching" tab.
